This policy explains what Brand Rush Media collects when you use brandrushmedia.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill in a form, we receive your name, email, phone number, any note you add, and the package you picked.
• Where you came from. If you arrive from an ad or a link, the form also carries the campaign details in that link (such as utm_source or an ad click ID) and the page you landed on, so we know which ads work.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, plan your project and understand which of our ads bring people in. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Who handles it

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• jsDelivr serves the code for the 3D globe on larger screens, so it sees a request from your browser.

What stays in your browser

The home page remembers the services you add to your project, and both pages remember the ad details from your visit, using your browser’s own storage. It stays on your device, and you can clear it with your browser’s settings. We don’t set tracking cookies, and the site runs no analytics or advertising pixels today. If that changes, this page will say so first.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@brandrushmedia.com and we’ll take care of it.
